Prerequisite for anyone new to Pilates, our intro class provides a fun and safe environment where you can become acquainted with the Reformer, learn fundamental Pilates terminology, and understand the core movement principles of Pilates. This introductory step will help you build confidence as you prepare to join your first beginner class.

These classes present a contemporary interpretation of classical exercises on the Pilates reformer. It is ideal for novice clients who are ready to build confidence on the reformer after completing our intro to Pilates class as well as for experienced clients seeking a more relaxed workout. This full-body session focuses on building strength while enhancing flexibility and improving posture.

You are prepared for intermediate classes once you can perform most exercises from the beginner and advanced beginner class with ease, maintaining good form and requiring minimal explanation. These classes will introduce more intermediate-level exercises.

These intermediate exercises typically demand greater strength and coordination, along with an emphasis on weight-bearing and balance.

If you are new to the reformer, we kindly ask that you do not book these classes

Full Moon Stretch Series

• Enjoy a peaceful, candlelit, slow, restorative and transformative stretch!

Restorative Stretch

• Enjoy a calming, restoration of the muscles. This class offers the perfect opportunity to elongate, spread and recover the body. Great for post/pre workout or any need to stretch! 

Sound Bath + Stretch & Meditation

• Relaxing and soothing reset for your week ahead! Class involves stretching and individual meditation followed by a calming sound bath. Our sound healing facilitator uses crystal bowls, an ocean drum, and guided deep breathing exercises to help release stress allowing for a peaceful rest. The class ends with empowering affirmations and a hot herbal tea selection. Please refrain from wearing products to class with a strong scent.
