Faith Fells
I’m a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor (Mat + Reformer) who helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with intention. As a former fast-paced workout junkie, Pilates taught me the power of slowing down. How breath, control, and form unlock real, lasting results that carry over into everyday life. My clients come to me for better posture, stronger lifts, injury recovery, improved mobility, and personalized support toward their goals. I specialize in 1:1 sessions, where I can tailor each workout to the individual, whether you're trying Pilates for the first time, cross-training as an athlete or lifter, or looking for a new way to challenge your body. My favorite classes to teach are Restorative Stretch and Beginner/Intermediate Reformer. I’m available for private sessions at Peace + Pilates on Monday and Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Outside of Pilates, I’m a creative at heart always cooking, making, or caring for my 30+ houseplants.

My approach is contemporary, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through movement. I encourage everyone to challenge themselves, push their limits, and discover just how strong they can be—both physically and mentally. I live, work, and play in Detroit, where I’m also a proud graduate of Wayne State University. Let's work together to strengthen your body and mind!
